This guitar features a Quilted Maple Top on Hard Rock Alder, a Rosewood Fretboard, matching headstock, Buzz Feiten Tuning System, Chrome Vintage Tremolo, Locking Tuners, H1, SF1 H3 Pearloid 5-way, Mini Switch Splits, and Pull Adds Bridge. Finished in Trans Teal. If you think it looks awesome in the picture, you wouldn't believe how it looks in person.

PAUL REED SMITH AL DI MEOLA GUITAR UNVIELED AT 2008 PRS EXPERIENCE

Hi Everybody,

More news from last weeks PRS Experience. PRS unveiled the Al Di Meola Signature Guitar and Al personally gave us the lowdown on this incredible instrument. Featuring a 25 " scale length Peruvian mahogany neck with black Mexican rosewood fretboard and bird inlays, 22 frets and a Custom Al Di Meola neck carve, this PRS is lightening quick and full of tone. Add to that a Curly Maple "9" top, and the ultra cool Prism Finish and this is a PRS not to be missed. Al Dimeola tore it up on stage at the PRS Experience Saturday night using one and sounded better than ever. The 1957/2008 pickups yeilded great articulation on his fast staccato runs. The neck carve is ultra fast and comfortable. PRS has a winner here!
